There are 4 x Luxurious thatched roof chalets with air-condition units and ceramic flooring. Two of the chalets are single bedroom chalets (sleep 4) and the other 2 are double bedroom chalets (sleep 8).

* Main Manager’s house:
This house is set in a luscious garden with beautiful rolling lawns and a variety of fruit trees. This is a double storey thatched house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a study, living rooms, kitchen and scullery. The house is fully air-conditioned, and it has its own private thatched roof lapa.
* Richmond manager house – This is a 4-Bedroom house with 4 x en-suite bathrooms, a Kitchen with scullery & pantry, Dining area and Formal lounge / TV room. This house has its own Office and storeroom area with an entertainment area too. There are a Pool and an outside entertainment area with kitchen and dining area.
This House area has a 2-bedroom (with en-suite bathrooms) flat with small kitchen and living room as well as workers’ accommodation, a storeroom with cool room unit, 2-bay motor garage and a large workshop area.
* House De Hoop – This is a 2-Bedrooms house with 1 x bathroom, 2 x living areas and an outside entertainment area. There is also 1 x outside building with 2 rooms and bathroom as well as another outside building with 2 rooms and 1 x full bathroom. There is a 2-bay motor garage, 1 x store room, a laundry room, 1 x staff housing room and this house also has electric fencing and gates.
* Gotha manager house – This is a 4-Bedroom house with 1 x bathroom, an outside entertainment area and there is also a 2-bay motor garage. The house has a scullery and storeroom and this house has a an electric fence around it.

5) GAME FARM DETAIL

Roads:
The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometres of roads.
Game Fence:
The property is fenced in with 21 wire game fencing electrified with electrical wires (6 live wires on outside of the fence). Each of the farmhouses and the hunters- camp are fenced in with security fencing and the lodge with related improvements are fenced in with similar electrified game fencing to keep the Elephant out of the gardens etc.
Water:
6 equipped boreholes about 120 m deep with sufficient delivering capacity of about 5 500litres/hour. Three boreholes are equipped with submersible pumps from Eskom power supply; and three boreholes equipped with submersible pumps from solar power supply.
There are 2 concrete structured dam walls (Weirs) that are built in the river to accommodate hippopotamus, crocodiles and indigenous fish species.
The distribution of water is well planned to provide sufficient water for domestic- and for animal use with 5 cement dams, a number of water tanks and 14 water outlets for game. There are ±7 graded earth dams with water supply and 3 graded dams with seasonal water.
Electricity:
Electricity is obtained from Eskom: with 6 power connections.
Hunting Hides:
There are 7 hides for bow hunters.
Wildlife:
This game farm is Certified for TOPS (Threatened or Protected Species) and they do have their P3 permit as well as the WR permit in place. The Farm is extremely well stocked but also well balanced with a large variety of game. This region, being the centre of the South African hunting heartbeat, and well known between local as well as overseas hunters, has some of the largest trophy game in South Africa. There are 2 well designed passive bomas for capture and handling of certain game species.
